私たちは、社員一人ひとりが技術の向上に取り組める環境づくりを大切にしています。業務に必要な資格の取得費用は全額会社が負担し、講習や実技の支援も徹底しています。未経験からスタートした若手社員が技能五輪全国大会の鳶職種で銅賞を受賞するなど実績も着実に積み上げています。現場の中で学び、試し、結果を出す。その繰り返しが職人を育て会社の力となります。技術を継承するだけでなく時代とともに磨き上げていく。確かな技術力で未来を築いています。

Refining our craft and continuing to grow—to surpass who we were yesterday.

We place great importance on creating an environment where each employee can work toward improving their skills. The company fully covers the cost of obtaining necessary certifications and provides thorough support for training and practical learning. We have steadily built up achievements, such as a young employee who started with no experience and won a bronze medal in the National Skills Competition in the scaffolding category. Learning, testing, and delivering results in the field—this cycle nurtures skilled workers and strengthens the company. We not only pass down techniques but also refine them with the times. With solid technical expertise, we are building the future.

瀧建設興業株式会社では、13ヶ国から集まった外国人従業員が活躍しています。彼らは家族を支え、確かな技術を身につけるために来日し、現場で真摯に仕事に向き合っています。私たちは生活面・語学面での支援に加え、資格取得や職能向上のサポート体制も整備しています。現場では日本語を共通語としながら、互いの文化や価値観を認め合い信頼関係を構築してきました。国籍を超えて一つのチームとして働く姿が、私たちの現場をより強く、豊かにしています。

Respecting each other’s cultures to create new value and mutual trust.

At Taki Construction Industry Co., Ltd., we employ workers from 13 different countries. These individuals have come to Japan to support their families and acquire reliable skills, earnestly dedicating themselves to their work on-site. We provide support not only in daily life and language learning but also in obtaining qualifications and improving vocational skills. On site, Japanese is used as the common language, while we build mutual trust by respecting each other’s cultures and values. Working together as one team beyond nationalities strengthens and enriches our work sites.

私たちは千歳市内の地域イベントに協賛し、盆踊りのやぐらや各種ステージの足場を施工するなど、地域のにぎわいづくりのお手伝いをしています。こうした活動は、建設という仕事が「まちの暮らし」に直結していることを実感できる機会でもあります。私たちは工事だけでなく、地域の文化や季節の行事を支える一員としての責任と誇りを大切にしています。千歳という地域に根ざし、地域とともに成長する企業として、確かな技術と真心をもって地元に貢献していきます。

Harnessing construction expertise to grow together with the local community.

We support community events in Chitose City by constructing scaffolding for Bon Odori towers and various event stages, helping to create a lively local atmosphere. These activities also provide opportunities to realize how construction work is directly connected to people’s everyday lives. We value the responsibility and pride of supporting not only construction projects but also the local culture and seasonal traditions. Rooted in Chitose, we aim to grow alongside the community by contributing with both solid craftsmanship and heartfelt dedication.

キャリア学習

自らの将来を思い描くきっかけを、子どもたちに。

私たちは千歳市内の小中高校を対象に、キャリア学習の一環として職業講話や建設現場の体験授業を行っています。実際に現場で使われる道具を手に取ったり、安全装備を身につけたりする体験を通して、子どもたちは建設の仕事を「身近で、かっこいい」と感じてくれます。講話では、働くことの意義やチームワークの大切さなど、"社会のリアル"も伝えています。未来を担う子どもたちが、自分の進路や生き方を考えるきっかけになればそう願って活動を続けています。

Inspiring children to imagine and shape their own future.

As part of career education for elementary, junior high, and high school students in Chitose City, we offer career talks and hands-on construction site experiences. Through activities such as handling actual tools and wearing safety gear, children gain a sense that construction work is "close to them and cool." In our talks, we also share the significance of working and the importance of teamwork, conveying the realities of society. We hope these experiences will help children—who will shape the future—reflect on their career paths and life choices, and we continue our activities with that wish in mind.

私たちは、過去にとらわれず"これから"に目を向ける人たちに、新たなスタートの場を提供しています。受刑者の雇用受け入れに加え、少年院での職業講話や職業体験の実施を通して、働くことの意味や社会とのつながりを伝える活動を行っています。現場では最初から完璧を求めるのではなく、一歩ずつ積み重ねていく姿勢を大切にし、本人の意思と努力を尊重しながら成長を支えます。仕事を通して得た責任感や仲間との信頼は、人生を立て直していく大きな力になります。

Supporting new beginnings and building a safe, inclusive, and prosperous society.

We offer opportunities for people looking to focus on the future instead of their past by providing them with a fresh start. In addition to employing former inmates, we engage in activities such as giving career talks and offering vocational training at juvenile correctional facilities to convey the meaning of work and connection with society. On site, we don't expect perfection from the start, but emphasize the importance of taking steady steps forward. We respect each individual's intent and effort, supporting their growth. The sense of responsibility and trust gained through work can become a powerful force for rebuilding lives.
